4. Overview of the text
- What is the text about? Write a summary and comment on the structure of the text.
- How many characters are there? Describe the characters.
- Where is the text set?
Physical setting/ Geographical Setting
How is it represented in the text? Where can we see it?
Historical/Political Setting: (to do with political/government)
How is it represented in the text? Where can we see it?
Social Setting: (to do with social values/societal norms of the time)
How is it represented in the text? Where can we see it?
Cultural/Religious concepts
How is it represented in the text? Where can we see it?
